Dr. LaTosha Hayes-Sperling is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of VERA Lee Philanthropy, Inc. She brings a strong background in employee relations, investigations, and organizational leadership, with extensive experience addressing complex workplace and community issues. Her work is grounded in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, where she focuses on leadership development, motivation, and expanding equitable opportunities. Through her leadership, she is committed to strengthening underserved communities by creating impactful programs that support youth, families, and individuals in need.

LeBryan Sperling, J.D., Chief Operations Officer
LeBryan Sperling, J.D., serves as Chief Operating Officer of VERA Lee Philanthropy, Inc. He brings extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, previously serving as COO of STAND, Inc., where he supported programs focused on substance abuse treatment, housing, and domestic violence services. With a background in law enforcement as a former detective and as the owner of a private investigations firm, he offers a unique perspective in operations, compliance, and community-focused initiatives.
Renae Earlington, Secretary
Renae Earlington is a first-generation American, born to a Jamaican family and raised in Hartford, Connecticut. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and has over 20 years of accounting experience, currently serving with the State of Connecticut, Office of the Treasurer. Renae is also a member of the Northern Belles Executive Team, where she is dedicated to empowering and uplifting women through mentorship, service, and access to resources. She is a woman of faith, a devoted wife, and a proud mother of two.
